If you do nothing, you stay in the lawsuit and await the outcome. By electing this option, however, you will not be allowed to bring an individual lawsuit AGAINST DIRECT Shopping Network, LLC ("DSN") concerning the same legal claims as this lawsuit.

If you exclude yourself, you will no longer be a part of this lawsuit. If money or benefits are later awarded, you will receive none. This is the only option that allows you to be part of any other lawsuit concerning the same legal claims as those in this lawsuit.
