The Court decided that this lawsuit should proceed as a class action on behalf of a "Class," or group of people. The Class Representative is the Plaintiff, Rosanna Johnson. The Class Counsel are Mark J. If you purchased an andesine gemstone (either loose or as part of a jewelry piece) from Direct Shopping Network, LLC ("DSN") between November 1, 2004 and the present you may be affected. You have legal rights and options that you may exercise before the Court holds a trial. The trial is to decide whether the claims made against DSN are true. The Class lawyers must prove the claims alleged against DSN at a trial in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles. The Honorable Carl J.
